Stunning top with layered cowl neck. The outer cowl neck layer has a small weight sewn in to insure perfect drapping. USA size 8 - see photo for international sizes. At the waistline under the cowl neck there is a tie belt to gather if desired with beautiful gold charms (2 keys & a heart) hanging on the ends. Colors of royal blue and gold in a geometric pattern adorn top. The front hangs slightly longer than the back.
