cindipr @marycmusic1957 Hi Mary, thank you for the interest. All Joseph Ribkoff clothing is sized small. It is a Canadian company. If it indicates 10 then it fits like an American 8. Here are the measurements of this piece. It is a stretch material and meant to fit form fitting. underarm to underarm- 18"

marycmusic1957 @cindipr the hip measurement is important; the blouse will ride up, should the hips not fit my measurements..... The circumference needs to be (at least) 38/39 inches... thank you, for your valuable time...!!!

cindipr @marycmusic1957 Laying flat the bottom hem which I assume would be the hip is 18.5 across, therefore 37". Laying flat the front what I assume would be the waist (depends where it is hits you for your height) is 14.5 which in total is 29" Hope that helps.
