Joseph Ribkoff Black Jersey Tunic W/ ruching Detail 12

I love Joseph Ribkoff! This is a super cool, 3/4 sleeve tunic with a button and rushing detail on one side of the hemline. There’s a drawstring and you can slightly pull up the hem to make it asymmetrical. There are pretty silver and black, shiny buttons. The care and fabric tag has been removed, but this feels like a Poly jersey to hand wash and hang to dry. No flaws noted other than the missing care tag.
