Joseph Abboud Brown Cotton Blend Flat Front Dress Pant / Chino, 38x30

I have a hard time calling a cotton pant a dress pant, but these don't really look or feel like chinos either. So, you can call them whatever you like, but I'll just all them really nice pants. They're super comfortable and breathable, being mostly (80%) cotton. The remainder of the fabric composition is 18% polyester and 2% elastane, for just a little stretch. These are brand new w/ their tags still on, and they still look just as good as they did the day I bought them. Joseph Abboud is a great maker of men's clothing, and these pants are no exception. They're clearly very well made w/ lots of attention to detail, and they look great on. Size 38x30.
