Jori Gamasche ladies Victorian? spats, camel color felted wool w leather straps

Spats or leggings are antique and previously owned and used. Good antique condition with expected signs of use (some staining) and signs of aging (some small holes in the felt). Leather interior edging is in very good condition, leather straps and buckles are in good shape. The buttons are not likely original, probably replaced in the 40's or 50's possibly? These spats are not for use but for display.
