Brand is “Joren” thrifted this a while ago and got a couple good uses out of it! Super cute to wear buttoned or unbuttoned with a cute basic top or bathing suit underneath! Marked as a size 16 (?) I want to say it fit anywhere from an XS-L depending on the fit you’re looking for
