This is a super cute casual dress designed by Jonna Cota, winner of Season One of Amazon Prime's Making the Cut design show. It has unique design details that make it stand out still. It has a moto detail at the sleeves and the skirt is asymmetrical with a short lining that goes straight across, so the part that is exposed is quite short. It's pretty fitted for a S, so if you want it to graze against the skin instead of hug it, then this size is probably best for an XS (see measurements).
