Jones of New York Blouse - Black and white eyelet with wrap around tie

Such a cute blouse. I've saved it for so long hoping I'd lose weight or my daughter would like it as much as me. Since neither of those have happened I am offering it up to someone to wear it well. Jones of New York beautiful eyelet with a wrap around tie at the waist and gathered poofy three quarter length sleeves.
