Jones Wear Dress Empire Waist V-Neck Short Sleeves

Jones Wear Dress is size 6 and has an empire waist with a plastic O Ring. V-neck Black Dress has flowing short sleeves. Dress goes right below my knees and is stretchy; perfect for those nights out. Made in China. Tag for materials is missing but it feels like a polyester stretchy blend. Dress has lots of stretch. Empire waist from side to side is 14” across. Armpit to hem is almost 29” long.
