Even the sleeves are lined! Material is 100% polyester but it feels like a heavier blend. Perfect to dress up a skirt or pants and it’s warm! Two front hip pockets but I’ve never cut them so not sure if they’re just decoration! In great shape. Comes from non-smoking, petless home.
