Super cute dress with a jersey knit tank top and a shiny puffy crinoline skirt. Snaps to secure bra straps in place. Black. Very good condition except belt is missing. Size 16. Style this up with heels and an updo, or down with big hair, a fun belt and a denim jacket. Love it but it doesn’t fit.
