Jones New York ruched bodycon dress 4-8

This is such a fun dress in blue, black and white with the light floral design going down the right side and the dark floral design going down the left side. It has a square and low cowl neckline. High waisted with rushing on the waist and slightly down the hips. 3/4 sleeves. Long zipper down the back. Lined. A very unique and special design. Can certainly be dressed up or down depending on the occasion. Marked size 4, but has a lot of stretch and is shown on a size 8 mannequin. Please check the measurements for yourself. I am marking it as an S since it fits multiple sizes.
