This Vintage 90's Jones New York 3/4 sleeve shirt tunic top is super soft, extremely comfortable and lightweight. Made of stretchy fabric and designed in a pullover style. It has a round, gathered neckline with a five button slit opening and a fabric bow tie. The sleeves and the waist have an elastic hem. Can be worn buttoned up and tied in a cute bow, or unbuttoned with the ties loose. Super cute with jeans!
