@annarodgers718 hi! I didn’t fix the neck portion or wear it as it didn’t get here in time for my event! However, I just uploaded some more pictures to give you an idea of how the dress currently looks. It’s wearable as is imo as the tortoise part sits along your neck as a collar currently.
