This diaper bag is in really good shape. We are smoke free home & it was barely used. There are 3 outer pockets & 5 inside pockets to help illuminate a purse. Only one pocket has crayon marks in it. See the last photo for the bottom that shows no damage. All zippers are functional & it has straps to attach it to a stroller. It also has its own changing pad.
