Jolie&Joy young girls summer dress NWT

What young lady wouldn’t like this for summer?! I don’t know but is such a beautiful summer dress, the fabric the style everything in my view. Build in padded chest area . Smocked in the back for flexibility. Adjustable strips. Size is M in girls but XS would fit I think. Measurements:: pit to pit 14.5” Length from the chest 25”
