Strawberry print gauzy blouse by Joie. Features wide smocked hem and sleeve cuffs, light gathers at front and back yoke, v-neck with decorative covered button detailing down the front. Shoulder to hem measurement is 19.5", underam to underarm is 19, sleeve length is just above the elbow on me, but I'm only 5' tall for reference. Bought for a work trip but never worn.
