New with tags orange floral blouse from Joie, women's XXS. This flowy blouse has a split neck with pleating around the back, button cuffs, and an embroidered hem. Lovely orange color with an elegant ivory floral pattern. There is not stretch to the fabric, but it is designed for an oversized, flowy look with an 18" p2p, so even though it's labeled as XXS, listing as XS for more exposure.
