Joie Off-Shoulder Dress

This 100% silk dress by Joie is navy blue and can be worn off shoulder it you choose. It has a loose flowy look, sleeves are also loose and flowy. The dress has a drop waist with smocking so you can choose where to set the waistband which measures 14" with lots of stretch available. It measures 21" from ptp and it's 32" long, depending on where you set the shoulders. My belt is not included but it does look cute with a belt. The silk feels so luxurious. My belt is not included.
