This beautiful floral dress from Joie is new with tags BUT it looks like the dress has been washed and the tag is pretty much destroyed - see photos Size XL Partially lined - the sleeves are sheer This dress just slips on - no zippers or buttons There are no stains or holes and this dress is from a smoke free home Laying flat armpit to armpit measures approximately 23” side to side Center back length is approximately 49” The waist has a strip of elastic in the back so it does have a little stretch - laying flat it measures approximately 19” side to side
