Joie silky Leopard print short sleeve blouse, attached neck tie, peplum bottom, size Medium. I removed the Fabric content tag and unfortunately don’t know the exact contents. I dry cleaned it, feels like a silk, but not sure. Armpit to armpit approx 18.5”, top to bottom approx 23.5”
