Johnny Was velvet/silk belted Exotic Gardens dress NWT RARE (oversized)

This dress is absolutely phenomenal! It is so incredibly flattering. The velvet neckline is sensational. Comes with an optional belt. Absolutely extraordinary velvet detail with a gorgeous keyhole back. I bought this for myself online, but alas, it was a bit too small in the chest. Please view the measurements. This could easily accommodate at least a size or two larger than posted.
