otto0440 @marciakmorgan yes it is loose. I will include a slip. It is see thru. Very cool tho. Great material. I am a little chubby around the waist and get a 12-14 depending on the brand. It fits well.

otto0440 I am so sorry but I couldn’t find the slip. I think I shipped it with another dress. If I find it I’ll send 1st class for u. Love the Willamette wines. My grandkids skied out there last winter and I have family in Portland. The dress should be perfect. I tied the arms tightly.
