Someone cut the flared sleeves off 😭. It is still a beautiful top with amazing embroidery detail at the bust. The sleeves will not fray any further because there is a stitched line above where the cut was made where the bell sleeve started. It would be perfect to wear with a cute jacket or sweater where no one will see the sleeves. Other than the sleeve issue there are no flaws whatsoever.
