This is a brand new sapphire, Johnny Was tiered button down dress. It is long sleeved with a collar and a slip to wear underneath. The dress came with a ribbon belt. The dress is 100% silk and the slip is 55% cotton and 45% modal. There are 17 buttons in the front but it is fairly easy to put on and off without dealing with the buttons.
