Is the base color of the side/back panel black or navy blue? Also, what are the pit-to-pit and bottom hemline measurements, please?

@judistrahota Hi! The base color is black. Pit to pit is 21”, the hem is 28” and from shoulder to hem is 25” in the front and 27” from center back to hem. Please see added pics
