From 4Love and Liberty, a division of Johnny Was, this is their take on a Boho Tee. It's gorgeous. The Tuscany Tee in off white. This has a scoopy neckline and embroidery panel down the front. The top part of this tunic is jersey knit, but then the skirted flowy bottom and back panel is a semi sheer georgette type rayon.

Is it lined? Or does it need a cami under?

This is knit to where the lacy part is set in.The pictures do show where it's semi sheer. It is not lined but if you are inclined you can wear a tank or cami under.
