Johnnie-O 40X28 West Coast Prep Stretch 5 Pocket Flat Front Chino Pant Khaki Tan Overall these pants are in very good condition with no holes, rips or stains. The only thing of note is that there is one small spot on the back between the 2 pockets (see last photo). These pants are tagged as a 40x34, but they actually measure 40x28.
