Red marching band style open front jacket with ruffle and brass colored buttons on front. Ruffled hem in back. Some wash wear and one of the buttons is dented as shown. I have replaced a button that was loose and the thread is not a perfect match. Approximate measurements: 18.25" underarm to underarm 22.5" top of stand up collar to back hem
