John Perry Cream Bird Sculpture on Wood

The item is a vintage sculpture called "Seagull in Flight" by artist John Perry. Additional details: It was created in the 1970s.  The seagull is made of Pellucida, a resin compound similar to bisque porcelain.  The base is made of burl wood. The wingspan is approximately 9 inches, and the height is about 10.5 inches.  The sculpture's wire support is somewhat flexible, allowing the bird to move slightly.
