John Patrick pale green cardigan, "as is"

A John Patrick cashmere sweater, this pale green cardigan is a soft, lightweight V-neck with gray buttons and a ribbed hem. It's a size large from Hong Kong in the late '90s or early '00s. The sweater (lighter in tone than the hanging photos suggest) is in extremely good condition in regard to its form and cashmere yarn; however, there is an issue. It's hard to see when looking at the sweater under indoor light (see photo 7), but in examining the sweater's lower front left in sunlight (photo 8), I can make out a few, faint stains, probably from coffee or tea. I assume modern dry cleaning solvents can remove these muted marks, but as I can't guarantee that, this John Patrick cashmere sweater is being sold "as is" at a reduced price. All clothes offered in this account belonged to myself or a family member, so all single owners and nonsmokers. Most items are from the '80s to the '00s, although some will be from earlier decades. They've been hanging in a closet or stored in dressers in a third bedroom, but it's time for me to downsize, so I am selling the collection. I'm starting with several premium-brand sweaters, jackets, and coats but will also list seasonal pants, skirts, dresses, blouses, scarves, and other accessories. Note: My older relatives were clotheshorses; I am not, so please consider the photos the main descriptive elements as clothing terms are generally foreign to me.
