John Meyer Vintage Purple Button up Skirt Fits Small

Questions? Leave a comment below! Good used condition. There is no material label but I believe the outer shell to be wool and inner lining to be Polyester. The tag says a 10 but vintage runs small so please see measurements. It fits more like a small. I wear size 6 in most pants and the skirt is small on me.
