White saddle leather and green suede with industrial stitch bolted onto a 1" wooden platform with a 2.5" wooden heel, and thick .5" soles with construction worker tread, these are serious kicks. Made in England About the Brand: John Fluevog (born 1948)[1] is a Canadian shoe designer and businessperson. In 1970, he and a co-worker Peter Fox began their own shoe store in Vancouver. The shoes are described as "progressive, art deco" inspired. The company claims that the shoes are designed in Vancouver, and manufactured in Portugal, Mexico, Peru, China and Vietnam according to the company's website.
