Valentina high waisted stirrup leggings. Retails for $300, sold out in most sizes! Color is a very dark black, nylon and polyester material, NOT short girl friendly. I am 4’11, and the stirrup part of the pants did not flatter me. As seen in the picture, I had to wear a bootie heel because these did not fit down to my feet.
