cindiwilliam630 The rise from crotch to top of waist is 13". On further inspection, to my embarrassment, there is some noticable wear in the crotch area - so much so, I don't think I should offer them for sale. Yikes! My apologies for not noticing, but my husband just handed to me to list. The jacket, however is flawless, and I would gladly sell at a greatly reuduced price!
