Chetcuti studied at the Boston Museum School and the Art Students League. Best known as a Rockport artist, Chetcuti was a member of the Rockport Art Association, the North Shore Artists Association, and the American Watercolor Society. He exhibited with AWS, RAA, Grand Central Art Galleries, Ferargil Galleries, and many more. The artist died in 1975.
