Where does this sit on the hips? Is there pads in the shoulders? Thank you!

@cierragray992 Hi! There are no shoulder pads on this jacket. I am 5'3" xs/s size and Medium length torso for reference. This jacket hits me at the mid hip, Below my actual hip bones, but slightly higher than the widest part of my hips. Hope this helps.
