I generally wear a large jacket and would say someone wearing large typically in other jackets could utilize this jacket and it is adjustable in a lot of key fitting areas. All padding, shoulders, back and elbows comes included. Close up photo shows very minor marks that likely come out with a little scrub. Otherwise very gently used condition, all zippers work well, tons of pockets on this thing and the vest zips in and out no problem.
