Artist Joe Hautman, with his victory in 2022 has now won the Federal Duck Stamp competition a total of six times. He has designed several state wildlife stamps and his artwork has been used to raise funds for many non-profit conservation groups including Ducks Unlimited, the National Wild Turkey Federation, and the Sierra Club.
