Joe Fresh skirt

Joe Fresh skirt with a geometric pattern in any blue, black and white. While the skirt is labelled with a size medium, note that the elastic waist is very stretchy (I wore this when I was still a size XL), the skirt hit me just above the knee and I'm 5'4. The waist measures 17 inches laying flat and the skirt is a very silky feeling polyester.
