Joe Benbasset Y2K mean girls blue and floral skirt with heart belt closure

Vintage skirt in bright florals with a light turquoise blue. Has an attached fabric belt with a metal heart to help tie belt. Very Y2K fashion forward reminds me of something from mean girls. Does not have a size tag, but would best for a size medium. Is by the brand Joe Benbasset isn’t good condition for the age could not find any damage. Besides the two tiny stains in the picture on the blue fabric super not noticeable, have not tried to remove them.
