Joe B NWOT Striped Skater Circle Skirt. Adorable skirt from Joe B by Joe Benbasset. Size small, but I think it’s maybe juniors because it’s a little snug on me. I’d say it’s more XS/S. 87% polyester, 13% cotton. Never worn, only tried on. Black with dotted white horizontal stripes. Has a tweed look & feel, but thin fabric. Cute zippers in front.
