Joe B Black & Light Cream Lace Design Midi (?) Skirt With Satin Banded Hem (M)

This is a really pretty & easy to wear skirt with a pretty stretchy construction throughout & a wide elastic waistband. It's a pale cream, almost white with black in a repeating lace design & has 3 black satiny bands that go across the bottom of the skirt & the last one right on the hem. It's fully lined & has a tuft of tullle ruffling out the bottom for a bit of fullness & drama. Its not quite a midi length skirt. It's 19 inches from the waist to the end of the tulle ruffle. The unstretched waist measurement is 24 inches, but it is a very forgiving elastic waistband. Simply pull on style, no fuss. It's a 55% polyester + 44% nylon blend & it's in very good preloved condition. This Joe B lace design skirt is a stretchy size medium.
