Joanna August Portia Dress Cobalt Blue

Wrap style with off the shoulder flutter detail. Beautiful gem tone blue color. Would be perfect as a prom dress or for any formal event! Please note that the stock photo is a different blue. The dress has been dry cleaned but has some dark spots - mainly on the ruffles and some larger ones on the part of the dress that wraps under - see pics. I tried to get the spots in direct lighting for pictures, they are not as noticeable in softer light. Has been dry cleaned. Open to reasonable offers 💕
