Joan Rivers signed vintage black beaded necklace with dark and light blue and light purple lilac faceted acrylic tear drops bib statement necklace. Double row of drops. The black beads are glass, I believe, and have a dark hematite look to them. Beads drop from a double row of black velvet cord with a lobster claw clasp. Has a drop of about 7" with 3" of extender.
