Joan Leslie Vintage 80s 90s Black Velvet Track Suit Jacket Large Padded Shoulder

Vintage Black velvet track jacket in excellent condition, elastic bands in sleeves and bottom are fine. Pads in shoulders could be easily removed if so desired. Please see exact measurements in photos. Tag says large, but vintage often runs small. I really appreciate your diligence here so that neither of us have to deal with returns.
