Joan & David belted strap scrunch leather boots (used)

These leather boots are pull-ups / ons with a decorative ankle strap belting. Please let me know if more info is needed. Yes they are preowned and in very good condition. With the versatile construction they can be worn up or down! There are gatherings at the top of the shoeing..... they are not wrinkles just how the boots are made.
