These napkin rings are a fabulous addition to your christmas table scape. Each napkin ring contains many, small functioning jingle bells. The bells are strung tightly and cover the full circumference. I attempted to count the bells but there too many times give an accurate number. Because these are previously owned and used, there is some paint loss on some if the bells. Regardless, these are so much nicer than new rings that may have 10 bells and are much thinner.
