Like new, barely worn (because they are way too tall for me!)- probably worn 5 times at most. Heel is 4in measured on the inside of the heel, platform is 1in. In excellent condition, pony hair has no signs of wear. Soles at balls of feet have signs of wear but not visible when worn. Perfect for the Holidays!! Purchased at Saks
