Jim Stafford Self-Titled LP Vinyl Album MGM Records w/ Label Mistake / Error

The cover is in excellent condition, some dings on the corners and the spine. The inner paper sleeve is in excellent condition, all edges/seams are intact. Visually, the record is in near mint condition. I played both sides, all songs - plays well / sounds great. NOTE: This record has a label error/mistake - both sides have "Side 1" labels. I wrote (in pen) which is side 2 on the label - see pictures.
